It is the MYT process that drives results from our program. Boldly stated, the process works. However, just as there are no perfect processes anywhere, neither is ours perfect. But it is very highly successful. The data in our "Executive Summary" or "White Paper" found elsewhere on this web site is proof. We have found that approximately 15% of past participants self eliminate themselves from involvement either completely or partially by the time the 6 month program ends. The other 85% get benefits and complete the program engaged and striving to make the life changes needed for them to better lower their stress levels, handle their anger management more effectively, improve their positive states perspective, and see their vitality scores increase. In addition, we have meticulously tracked participant's productivity and have observed substantial improvements when compared with their peer groups.
In summarizing the process, here are the steps we follow;
1) A corporate communication is sent explaining the program to those invited to attend. Information as to the date and time of the workshop are provided.
2) All participants complete two sets of profiles immediately prior to the workshop. We will provide them with complete instructions.
3) Participants attend a full day workshop where Mind Skills are taught.
4) Observer training is conducted via a telephone conference call whereby the participant and two observers (one at home and one at work) are taught how to provide feedback to the participant. A conference call company will need to be employed that can manage a minimum of 45 to a maximum of 80 callers for this session.
5) IDP's (Individual Development Plans) will be developed and presented to the participants via a telephone conference call.
6) Four coaching sessions will be held at approximately 6 week intervals via a telephone conference call.
7) At the conclusion of the 6 months, new profiles are completed by the participants and submitted to us.
8) A final "wrap up" session is presented to each participant where by we review their profile differences and if applicable, their productivity results. A conference call is conducted with the corporate leaders to share results.
9) A conference call is conducted with the corporate leaders to share results.
